Lpg Regulator Factory introduces the troubleshooting methods of fuel injectors:
1. Little or no fuel injection:
There is air in the oil circuit of the fuel system to remove the air in the high-pressure or low-pressure oil pipe; the fuel injection nozzle is seized and repaired or replaced; the fuel injection pump is not supplying properly according to the troubleshooting method of the fuel injection pump to find the cause and deal with; the high-pressure oil pipe leaks and tighten the nut, If the oil pipe has cracks, replace it; replace or refurbish the even parts of the fuel injector if they are worn out.
2 Low injection pressure:
The pressure regulating screw is loose. Re-adjust to the required pressure according to the regulations and tighten the lock nut; the pressure regulating spring is deformed and adjusted or replaced; the needle valve is stuck and cleaned or ground; the spring seat, ejector rod, and other parts are worn out. Repair or replace.
3 The injection pressure is too high:
The elastic force of the pressure regulating spring is high. Re-adjust to the specified pressure according to the regulations, and tighten the lock nut. The needle valve sticks, cleans, or grinds. The spray hole is blocked. Clean the spray hole or replace the nozzle (nozzle).
4 The fuel injector is leaking:
The pressure regulating spring is broken. Replace with a new spring; the seat surface of the needle valve body is damaged. Replace it; the needle valve is seized. Clean and reground or replace; the tight cap is changed and replaced; the surface of the injector body is worn out. Reground or replace.
5 Poor spray atomization:
The injection pressure is low, adjust to the specified pressure. If the seat surface of the fuel injection nozzle is damaged or burned out, refurbish or replace it. If there is rubbish on the mating surface of the fuel injector, clean it in time.
6 Injection into the line:
Blockage of nozzle hole Uses steel wire with a diameter of 0.2-0.3MM to clear the nozzle hole. The seat surface of the needle valve body is excessively worn. Replace the needle valve body with a new one. The needle valve is seized. Clean, dress, or replace.
7 The surface of the needle valve is burnt out or is blue-black (the diesel engine is overheated). Check the cooling system and pay attention to the replacement of the mating parts. Do not overload the diesel engine for a long time.
